Christina has served as a passionate and dedicated Head Start Teacher in Patrick Springs, where her unwavering commitment to quality education and continuous improvement has made a meaningful impact. In her new role, Christina will continue to champion excellence and help ensure that our Head Start program delivers the highest standards of education and care.

We are equally thrilled to announce the promotion of Mary Quesenberry to Head Start Education Manager for Franklin County. Mary has been a key leader as the E/HS Assistant Program Manager, consistently demonstrating dedication and excellence in her work. We are confident that Mary’s strong leadership and vision will continue to elevate our educational programs and support the success of children and families in Franklin County.

Finally, we are proud to share that Tanya Huff has been promoted to Early Childhood Education Director, effective immediately. Since joining STEP, Inc. in 2016 as Health Services Manager, Tanya has shown exceptional leadership and a deep passion for early childhood development. Most recently serving as Interim Early Childhood Education Director for Franklin County, Tanya is uniquely equipped to oversee the strategic planning and daily operations of our Head Start and Early Head Start programs. Her leadership will be instrumental in advancing our mission to empower children, families, and staff.
