Health/Dental/Vision

The benefit effective date for new employees is 90 days to the 1st of the month following date of hire.

Annual/Sick/Personal Leave

Full time employees begin accruing leave immediately upon hire.  Accrued leave may be carried over each year.

401 (k) Plan


Full time and part time employees may participate in the 401(k) plan upon the completion of one year of service with 1000 hours worked within that year.  STEP, Inc. makes a quarterly contribution. 

 

Tuition Reimbursement

Full time and part time employees are eligible to participate in the Tuition Reimbursement program upon the completion of six months of service to the extent the budget allows.

 

Life Insurance

The benefit effective date for new full time employees is 90 days to the 1st of the month following date of hire.  The policy provided is double an employee’s salary up to a maximum of $60,000.00.

 

Short Term & Long Term Disability

Full time employees are provided with disability protection under our short term and long term disability plans.  Benefits are paid at 66% of average weekly wages.

 

Supplemental Life Insurance

Full time employees are eligible upon the completion of 90 days of service to purchase supplemental life insurance for themselves, spouse and dependent children.

 

Paid Holidays

Full time employees receive 14 paid holidays per year.
